Well, the time has come to say goodbye to this dear place that I call Asia. I can't believe that it's been four months already. My teammates and I have been through so much in these past four months emotionally, spiritually, and physically. We've survived a natural disaster, obnoxious tuk tuk drivers, and countless travel hours. We are all coming back to the States different women than when we left.
I have seriously enjoyed being here, and I am so thankful for this opportunity that God has blessed me with. I can't believe that I just spend the last four months of my life in ASIA. I mean really, who does that? Haha I know in my heart that this isn't the last time that I will be here, God has MANY things in store for me as well as my teammates. We are going to change the world.
I, Kimberly Boren, am going to change the world.
One step at a time. One person at a time. One life at a time.
God did not call us to be ordinary. There is no way to say that I, having the Holy Spirit inside of me, am ordinary. It's just not possible. He calls us to be obedient to His guidence. Which, 9 times out of 10, is not easy or conventional or normal in any way, shape, or form. If you are obedient to His calling, each and every one of us, as children of God, has the power to change the world. The only thing standing in your way is YOU. You just have to stop letting society tell you what is normal and what is "going too far". Be bold, be couragous, be the person that you were called to be. You are STRONG, you are POWERFUL, you have the Spirit of the Living God inside of you for crying out loud! Let me say it again, YOU HAVE THE POWER TO CHANGE THE WORLD. You have all that you need inside of you, what are you going to do with it?
Thank you all for your support these past four months, I have learned so much and seen so much. God has shown me some amazing things in the world around me as well as inside of myself. Please be praying for my team and I as we make our treck back to the States, as well as the other Real Life teams! I love you guys! Can't wait to see you all again!
