I started this book tonight and this quote and others really stood out to me. During our feedback tonight one of the team members mentioned how it is so inspiring to see all of us from so many backgrounds and so many stories all coming together to make a team that melds together so well and many of you can attest that making a group like this of 25 girls is only possible through the Holy Spirit! It is so amazing to see how he has through his sovereignty orchestrated each and every one of us being here through our different circumstances and to see how he is already moving in each of our lives.
We are planned to go out to Bangla Road for our first night of ministry of Monday night (or Sunday morning for most of you reading this). As we look through to spy glass and realize that the thing that we have seen in the distance for so long is now barreling down on us it is an intimidating hurdle to cross. We all know that the ONLY way that we are able to minister to these girls is with the help of the Holy Spirit and following his leading with what to do and the words to say! I am excited and nervous at the idea that there is nothing that I myself can offer these girls but ecstatic to know that the God that I serve loves them and has given me this passion and opportunity to show them just how much he loves and fights for them!
Please be praying for our team as we go out on Monday! We are excited and ready and know that prayer is foundationally important in what we are about to do, so all the prayers are welcome from near or far!
