It rained both physically and in the Holy Spirit. Seriously I cannot believe how AMAZING last night was down on Bangla Road. I just have to voice God’s power and His goodness. As I declared that the Holy Spirit would rain down on Bangla Road as it did the night of that big storm, I also prayed for physical rain to pour down, clearing the streets. Sitting in a bar Wednesday night, drinking coffee, and talking to one of my new beautiful Thai friends, I noticed the two cutest little girls sitting off to the side. They were talking and laughing as two older girls braided their hair. They couldn't have been more than 5 years old, so I assumed they were either daughters or sisters of one of the bar girls. Hmm, this week began interestingly – at least where bar ministry is concerned.  For the rest of the time I was left dealing with my stuffy nose and pestering cough…the joys of traveling internationally (at least for me).  Monday night taught me a lot about being willing to obey God, even when it doesn't make sense.
