Hello from Chiang Mai! We are full-force in ministry now, and happy to report that things are going great! The Lord has been good; we have seen awesome growth within our team as well as great fruit in our outreach here. Just a quick heads up- We are headed on an adventure this week! Little Lambs, Pimps, and Johns

This blog is a little late, but better late then never.- Tonight I find myself on this crazy adventure, full of flexibility, hard but rewarding lessons, community, and stretching, all located in Chiang Mai, Thailand working with a ministry called Lighthouse in Action, this ministry reaches women in the sex industry here, along with prevention in the slums and villages ALL, along with a variety of other ministries, with the love of Jesus. The Land of Smiles

~~We have officially arrived, and are beginning to get acclimated, to our new home in Chiang Mai, Thailand! This place is fascinating and far different from our American lifestyle. After a 12 hour day in the Atlanta Airport, an 8 hour flight to Amsterdam, a five hour layover, a 12 hour flight to Bangkok and an 11 hour drive to Chiang Mai, we are FINALLY home. I love it!! The summer 2014 team has arrived in Bangkok, Thailand! As you can tell by the previous blog post, they are enjoying their travels! It may be 1:00am her on the Eastern Coast of the USA, but it's almost noon in Thailand. We'll keep you posted as to when they arrive in Chang Mai. Once there, the team will spend the coming days getting introduced to their ministry, coming to know the culture, and finding a routine for the summer ahead. Safely in Chiangmai!

Hello Family and Friends! This is just a brief update to let you know that we all have made it safely to Thailand! You should will be hearing from them soon. We are all pretty exhausted from 20 hours of flights + a 9 hour bus ride, so give them a little grace and patience! Hello from the Netherlands!

Hi from Amsterdam! We are so safe and happy, enjoying some rest on a layover in the Amsterdam International Airport. We are currently waiting at our gate to board our connecting flight to Bangkok, Thailand. After this final lengthy flight, we will also enjoy a lengthy bus ride up to Chang Mai before arriving at our home-away-from-home for the summer:) Thank you for continued prayers for safety as we travel.
