During worship the other night God gave me an image and placed the women of Bangla very heavy on my heart. First he revealed to me a heart of a Christian. It has holes from pain and brokenness that we’ve all experienced at some point in life, but the holes are now full and over flowing with water because Jesus is the living water. Then I started thinking about how the women on Bangla are so hurt and full of sorrow. They feel shameful and dirty because of the life they are enslaved to, but the dirtiness they feel day after day cannot be taken away by a shower the next morning. Only the cleansing of the Living Water can make them clean, pure, and renewed. Our cups are over flowing with the spirit after being redeemed through Jesus. We have been called here to offer these women a drink for their thirst that can only be quenched by the true lover of their souls.
