Thus the Journey Begins

So, the training camp experienc has been very AMAZING, for lack of a better word. To start off with, girls on my team. We may have only met about 3 days ago, but we truly are close already, and we are definitely becoming a family. I love them and I can’t wait to see how the Lord is going to use everyone in Thailand. The Lord has been giving freedom and I have been surrendering some things that were potentially going to be holding me back from the minister to these women that could hold me back. Also we have learned more of the ministry type things that we will be doing and it is soooo exciting and I truly can’t wait to see what the Lord is going to do an how He is going to stretch me and reveal himself to these women, through my words and actions, because He is going to speak and has put fire in my soul and He is roaring. Also, while at camp we have put into practice something that the Lord is going to use while we at in Thailand. We have been learning and practice how to hear from the LORD and speak words of life, not only into our situations but into other people’s lives. By just listening to the Lord and Him showing us what to say. The excitement is building and the Lord has given me words and encouragements and comfort to remember as I go out, and face some tough trails, because of language barriers, and the darkness of the country, and the spiritual warfare. Some of those encouragements are they He lives inside of me and He has the power to break every chain. He has also equipped me for war with His armor , because our fight is not with flesh and blood but with the powers of the dark and the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms ( Ephesians 6:12). And that the Lord is powerful, and He is not withheld by language, He speaks every language.

However, I am ready to head out to Thailand and see the Lord do things only He can do, and for Him to use me and the team in ways we didn’t even know we could be used.  I want  truths to just come to life for them  , that they are loved ,given freedom in Christ, given joy, given peace, given hope, given forgiveness  and that they are beautiful, and are worth so much, not only to me and this team. But more important than that the have an INCREDIBLE amount of worth to the LORD, they are worth so much that the Lord gave His one and only son to die for them. I want so many verses in Psalms to reign true in their lives, and here are a few  of them  Psalm 18: 9-10 therefore my heart is glad and my tongue rejoices; my body also will rest secure, because You will not abandon me to the grave. And Psalm 30:11- You turned my wailing into dancing; You removed my sackcloth and clothed me with joy. And Psalm 62:7- My salvation and my honor depend on God, He is my rock, my refuge.

And So many more, however it would take quite a while to write them all out.

But thanks for the prayers, and I encourage you to continue praying for me and the team that we will find comfort an peace that we are called to go on this trip, and the LORD has already prepared the way and gone before us.  Also for our hosts and  of course these women, that their hearts will be ready to receive what the Lord is offering them.

And of course just pray however you feel led to pray.

Thanks and Ahh!!! The traveling journey begins tommorrow!!!!
