They will be in route to their ministry location and will be settling in these next few days and getting some orientation from their host. Training Camp is Officially Over! Tomorrow we head out to the airport! Next stop…THAILAND! I have been so blessed this week at training camp. My New Culture Won’t Fade

Note: I wrote this last week, and now have the chance to post… When you move to another country typically you pick up some of the cultural norms. Here’s a few things I’ve picked up on here in Thailand: I bow all the time. Examples: when I greet someone, when I say “Thank you,” when I say "excuse me" to get around someone, when I pass through a group of people, etc. I don’t stand in lines. “Same Same… But Different” This is a common phrased used among Thai people and is now a part of my team’s favorite things to say. This phrase is fitting for how I would describe myself and the prostitutes I saw on Bangla Road after ministry Tuesday morning.
